perfectly situated for exploring the vibrant medina of fes
my stay was lovely, with an amazing staff who went out of their way to accommodate me and made exploring the nearby landmarks, like the beautiful Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts & Crafts just over a kilometer away, super easy and enjoyable. The panoramic roof terrace was a peaceful spot to unwind after city strolls.

We enjoyed how beautifully designed the place was, and the lovely complimentary tea served on arrival was a nice touch. The spa offered both relaxing massages and invigorating body scrubs that really helped us unwind. The breakfast could use some variety, but overall, it was a wonderful experience! 😊

A warm welcome with delicious mint tea set the tone for an enjoyable stay. The staff, particularly Ali, ensured safety during late-night outings, and the room was well-equipped with hot water and ample amenities. A highlight was the panoramic roof terrace, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring. The location, just steps from the old Medina, made navigating the area convenient. some upkeep is needed in certain areas, such as the room's overall condition and bathroom fixtures, which showed signs of age.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the amenities you'd expect from an upscale establishment. The location is prime, nestled just within the medina, making it easy to navigate around the vibrant streets.
The riad itself could use some upkeep. we had a gaping hole in our door because of broken glass, and the door didn't seal properly, leading to a draft. the curtains hung loosely, and the bathroom had signs of an unfinished upgrade, which detracted from the otherwise beautiful setup. Others also felt their tours could have gone to more significant spots rather than being diverted to unnecessary shopping cooperatives.

Staying with friends was unforgettable! We visited the gorgeous Mellah and explored the stunning Bou Inania Medersa. The staff were super welcoming, especially Ali, who helped us organize transport and tours effortlessly. The location is great, allowing easy access to taxis, and the breakfast was a delightful start to our mornings.
One downside was that we had some minor issues with the air conditioning. it was a bit noisy at times.
